*All returns are subject to the approval of 928sRus management. Items returned (excluding cores) without prior notification will not be accepted. Returned parts (including cores) must include a copy of the original invoice or a note detailing your Name, Order Number, Email, and Reason for Returning. Without this information, we cannot process your return.

SHIPPING.

We ship via USPS, and UPS.

Domestic Shipping. Within the United States, we prefer to ship via USPS priority mail. This option provides you with tracking information from the moment it ships from our warehouse to the time it reaches your doorstep via your email address.

International Shipping. For international shipments we use USPS, however, you can request a quote for shipments via UPS.

Order Cancellation Policy:

Please double check your order before placing it. All order cancellation refunds will be reduced by a 15% merchant processing fee. 

Return Policy:

New, Not Needed – Returned parts are subject to a 15% merchant processing fee. You may choose to have the amount remain as a credit on your account, in which case the 15% fee will be waived. Special order parts out of Germany that are not normally kept in stock are only accepted at the discretion of 928sRus and may incur a higher percentage restock fee. Parts MUST be in the packaging that they were shipped in, with no greasy fingerprints. If dirtied or otherwise appear to be fitted, we will assume the part was used and therefore not acceptable as a return. Parts MUST be returned within the 30-day window from when the part was shipped, otherwise they will not be accepted.

Tools – We do not accept tool returns.

Used Parts – All sales are final unless found defective. Used parts have a one-year limited warranty and are subject to inspection before credit can be issued.

Warranty – We warranty all NEW products sold to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of 24 months or 24,000 miles, whichever occurs first. Or, the expressed manufacturer’s warranty, whichever is greater. Our warranty does not cover any labor cost for removal, installation or damage resulting from delay or loss of use in service or repair or for incidental or consequential damages. By installing these parts, you have accepted this warranty. Failure of a part due to misuse or improper installation is not covered under this warranty.

Cores: Cores must be returned in their original packaging, in rebuildable condition, and must match the type of unit purchased. Broken, incomplete, or disassembled cores may not qualify for full credit. All cores are subject to inspection before credit is issued, which may take up to 4 weeks.
